Hooligan's Wake Up: PSG interested in Beckham's Miami club

No matches yesterday, so straight to the news:

Headlines
David Beckham's search for investors in his Miami MLS project is bearing some fruit. The ownership group of Paris-St. Germain are one of a few groups that have shown interest in the club. Beckham hopes his proposed club will join the league for the 2018 season.

I almost feel bad for criticizing supporters' tactics for attacking high ticket prices. After Liverpool backed off their £77 tickets for next season, the FA has now reduced the cost of admission for both the FA Cup Final and the proceeding semifinals at Wembley Stadium for this season. They are dropping prices by £5 across the board for all three matches due to "a good financial position."

Schalke defender Joe Matip's contract is out at the end of the season and he has agreed to sign with Liverpool on a free transfer over the summer. The 24-year-old has played 181 matches for Schalke 04 and is looking for a new challenge outside of Germany.

John Terry was injured during Chelsea's win over Newcastle on Saturday afternoon. As a result he is going to miss the Champions League clash with PSG today. He did not make the trip to Paris, but American defender Matt Miazga did. Don't get excited though. Miazga will be lucky to see the bench in the match and certainly will not see the field.
