Headlines
The FA has heard the gripes from fans over away ticket prices and has stepped into stem the tide. They have capped the away ticket price at £30 for the next three seasons. This is welcome news for travelling Premier League fans, although their demands for £20 away tickets were not met. According to an October study, nine Premier League clubs currently charge more than £30 for away tickets.

At the request of the Swiss, French authorities have searched the headquarters of the French Football Federation in search of documentation related to a payment of two million Swiss francs made by Sepp Blatter. Blatter has been under investigation since September regarding the criminal mismanagement of television rights deals.

Arsenal have been experiencing a bit of a rough patch in their season. Defeats to manchester United and Swansea derailed their title hopes. To try and reinvigorate the team, Theo Walcott revealed the squad held a players only meeting before the Tottenham Hotspur match. It worked, as the club fought back from a man and a goal down to earn a draw, but they are still eight points off from their first title in 12 years.

Philadelphia Union are already a mess, but remove Maurice Edu from the equation and they get even worse. The 46 timed capped member of the USMNT will be out three to four months with a stress fracture in his leg.
