Headlines
Jamaican international Romeo Parkes was suspended for his brutal kick to the back of New York Red Bulls prospect Karl Ouimette in USL action on Saturday. Parkes has now had his contract terminated from the USL's Pittsburgh Riverhounds for his actions. He apologized for his outburst, but that was far from enough reason for Pittsburgh, and the USL, to keep him around. He was also on Jamaica's preliminary roster for Copa America, it's doubtful he sees the final squad now. It's a real shame for him and the league. Parkes had scored five times in six matches before he ruined his career.

John Terry is leaving Chelsea after this season ends and, thanks to his red card on Saturday, he has already played in his final game. Wanting one more match at Stamford Bridge, the longtime defender and Captain at Stamford Bridge has rented out the stadium for one last match. It will take place the day after Chelsea's season closes against Leicester City and will feature his closest friends. The club have given him access to the stadium, as well as dressing rooms, refs, and stadium amenities for free.

Claudio Ranieri has has quite the successful stay at Leicester City. He isn't going anywhere for the time being, but his home nation of Italy has its eyes on him. Ranieri was awarded the Enzo Bearzot Award as Italian coach of the season and, during the ceremony, was praised by Italian Football Federation president Carlo Tavecchio. He hopes that Ranieri can hoist the World Cup one day as manager of Italy.
