Russian and English fans have not exactly been on their best behavior during their journey to France for Euro 2016. After both sets of supporters have been involved in repeated incidents of violence and hooliganism, Russia and England have been warned of possible disqualification if this behavior continues. Charges of crowd disturbances, racism, and setting fireworks have led UEFA to open up a disciplinary investigation of Russia, but so far no such proceedings have begun agaisnt England.
