Hooligan's Wake Up: Landon Donovan makes cameo for LA Galaxy

Swansea thought they had this one stolen after Gylfi Sigurdsson nailed a penalty after Thibaut Courtois tripped Leroy Fer up in the penalty area and Fer subsequently trickled one home a couple minutes later. Diego Costa had other plans as his overhead kick of an equalizer salvaged an away draw for Chelsea.

A pair of late goals gives allows D.C. United to share the spoils with the Red Bulls in the Atlantic Cup. In the other match, Landon Donovan came on as a token sub in the 83rd minute after the Galaxy had already wrapped this thing up. His cameo didn't tell us much at all, so it will be a while before we learn how LA can truly use their returning retiree.

The ass whoopin from Pumas denies Querétaro of a chance to move into a playoff position while Toluca's win gets them on the doorstep of one. Their ten points only have them outside the post-season on goal difference behind Monterrey.

Rayo OKC snaps a miserable six game stretch without a win, but they are still a ways back in the combined standings as they look to sneak into the playoffs/ FC Edmonton is currently second in that table and suffers a frustrating home loss to Miami FC, who are mired in the mid-table.

Colorado Springs clinches a playoff spot with this win. They become the third Western team to punch their ticket there, joining Sacramento and Rio Grande Valley. Sounders 2 could have moved above the red line with a win, but they had to settle for a salvaged draw against OKC Energy. WIlmington could also have slid into the only available playoff spot with a win against playoff bound FC Cincinnati, but they couldn't get the job done at home.

West Ham suffered a disappointing come from ahead defeat at home against Watford on Saturday, and their fans were also not exactly showing their best. Several incidents of violence erupted throughout the match and the FA is stepping in to investigate. The club announced a zero tolerance policy when it comes to violent fan behavior at their new stadium and anybody found guilty in these incidents faces a lifetime ban from the facility.
