Hooligan's Daily: Mane leads Reds past Spurs

Yesterday's Scores
Premier League
Arsenal 2-0 Hull City
(Sanchez 34', PK 90+3')

This win won't do much to increase fan opinion of Arsenal right now. They won the match 2-0, but the first goal probably should not have counted and they spent the rest of the match making a mess of every chance they had. The only reason they came out with a clean sheet and a win was Hull's general ineptitude with the ball.

Manchester United 2-0 Watford
(Mata 32', Martial 60')

Middlesbrough 0-0 Everton

Stoke City 1-0 Crystal Palace
(Allen 67')

Sunderland 0-4 Southampton
(Gabbiadini 30', 45', Denayer 89', Long 90+2')

West Ham 2-2 West Bromwich Albion
(Feghouli 63', Lanzini 86')-(Chadli 6', McAuley 90+4')

Liverpool 2-0 Tottenham
(Mane 16', 18')

Liverpool looks like a completely different team with Sadio Mane back from the Africa Cup of Nations. He spend much of this game not just creating chances and scoring twice, but making Tottenham's life difficult int heir own half. He showed a drive that Liverpool hasn't seen in weeks. While it may be too late to relaunch their title efforts, they do have a legitimate chance at the Champions League next season as long as their key pieces stay healthy.

That title race is just about wrapped up in Chelsea's favor. A likely win for the Blues today over Burnley will send them at least ten points ahead of their nearest rival. If Manchester City slip up and drop points at Bournemouth tomorrow than the lead will be 12 with only 14 matches left to play.

Bayer Leverkusen 3-0 Eintracht Frankfurt
(Chicharito 5', 63', Volland 78')

FC Ingolstadt 04 0-1 Bayern Munich
(Vidal 90', Robben 90+1')

RB Leipzig 0-3 Hamburg SV
(Papadopoulos 18', Walace 24',  Hunt 90+3')

This is a rough home loss for Leipzig. They now find themselves seven points back of first place Bayern Munich in what looks like another predictable Bundesliga finish.

SV Darmstadt 98 2-1 Borussia Dortmund
(Boyd 21', Colak 67')-(Guerreiro 44')

Werder Bremen 0-1 Borussia Monchengladbach
(Hazard 12')

Schalke 04 2-0 Hertha Berlin
(Burgstaller 41', Goretzka 62')

La Liga
Real Betis 0-0 Valencia

Alavés 0-6 Barcelona
(Suarez 37', 67', Neymar 40', Messi 59', Alexis OG 63', Rakitic 65')

Barcelona got themselves a dominating win here, but it came at a great cost. Aleix Vidal broke a couple bones in his lower leg and the right back will miss the rest of the season and more. He had already set up Luis Suarez's first goal, his third assist of the season.

Athletic Bilbao 2-1 Deportivo La Coruña
(Muniain 71', Aduriz 89')-(Colak 42')

Osasuna 1-3 Real Madrid
(Leon 33')-(Ronaldo 24', Isco 62', Vázquez 90+3')

Serie A
Fiorentina 3-0 Udinese
(Valero 41', Babacar 62', Bernardeschi PK 80')

Ligue 1
Guingamp 2-1 Olympique Lyonnais
(Diallo 30', Benezet 34')-(Lacazette 10')

AS Monaco 5-0 Metz
(Mbappe-Lottin 7', 20', 5-', Falcao 10', 55')

AS Nancy Lorraine 0-3 Montpellier
(Mbenza 10', 60', Mounie 19')

Dijon 2-0 Caen
(Abeid 40', Diony 86')

Lille 1-2 Angers
(Bissouma 27')-(Capelle 20', Thomas 59)

Toulouse 4-1 Bastia
(Delort 38', Braithwaite 43', PK 76', Diop 86')-(Oniangue 53')

Liga MX
Querétaro 2-1 Leon
(Noriega 14', Martinez 90+4')-(Rodriguez 36')

Atlas 1-2 Guadalajara
(Barragan 84')-(Zaldivar PK 31', Pineda 40')

Monterrey 2-0 Pumas UNAM
(Pabon 73', 82')

Pachuca 1-0 UANL
(Jara 7')
