AS Monaco gets the win in Germany less than 24 hours after the Dortmund bus was attacked and forced the game to be postponed by a day, Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel was a little bitter after the game and said the club was ignored in the efforts to reschedule the match. He felt his team weren't ready to play after the disturbing moments from the previous day. Dortmund fans were also upset about the earlier kickoff time.

As for the criminal investigation, Dortmund police had detained a suspect, but couldn't provide any evidence that linked him to the attack.

Didier Drogba has officially joined the USL's Phoenix Rising as a player/owner. The club is hoping his name can increase their chances of landing an MLS franchise in the near future.

Montreal Impact defender Wandrille Lefevre has been suspended by the club for an undisclosed number of games for what they considered an inappropriate Instagram post. He put out a photo of him holding a gun and the caption whoed support for U.S. president Donald Trump. The club is appealing the suspension, saying the team doesn't have the power to suspend the player and that it violates the CBA.
