Champions Chelsea top the Premier League winnings table for the season. They take home a whopping £150,8 million for winning the league this year. the blows away Arsenal's leading figure last year of £100.9 million. The bottom of the pile saw Sunderland score £93.471 million, which overtakes last year's Premier League champions, Leicester City, who only added £93.216 million to their coffers last season. The growth is due to the massive television deal that started this season and it led to clubs making a total of £2.4 billion, a £1.6 billion increase from last year.

Yaya Toure has signed a new contract at Manchester City. The one year deal will keep the 34-year-old with the Citizens after he has already played 299 games for the club with 81 goals. He wasn't a main part of the starting lineup last year, but he did get into 31 games, so he still had a huge role with the side.

FC Dallas have singed goalkeeper Jesse Gonzalez to a contract extension that will pay him an average of $275,000 per season over four and a half years. the homegrown player has started 9 games this season and made 36 overall appearances since joining the club in 2013. This likely quells the rumors that Guillermo Ochoa  or William Yarbrough were on their way in from Mexico, but you never know.
