Joe Hart has completed his long awaited loan move to West Ham. It will be the second straight season that the Manchester City goalkeeper has spend loaned away from the club. He was fairly clear that he wanted the move to West Ham, who are paying a £4.5 million loan fee while Man City are picking up some of his wages. He is expected to join up with his new club on their preseason tour in Austria.

Brazilian international midfielder Lucas Leiva is leaving Liverpool after ten years with the club. He's signed a deal with Lazio, who are sending £5 million to Anfield in return. Lucas was Liverpool's longest serving player and was in the final year of his deal.

Chelsea have improved Antonio Conte's deal for the next two years after he cruised to the Premier League title in his first year in charge. The length of the deal remains, but presumably comes with higher pay.

Marko Arnautovic looks to finally be on the move to West Ham. The East London club and Stoke have agreed to a £24 million transfer fee for the Austrian forward. He leaves Stoke after four seasons and a campaign that saw him score seven times in 35 appearances.

Philadelphia Union have signed Anthony Fontana as a homegrown player. Fontana is a 17-year-old midfielder from Newark, New Jersey and is the sixth homegrown signing in club history. He's already made 13 appearances for Bethlehem Steel in the USL and trained with the club in preseason camp this year. He will officially join the club on New Year's Day.
