The Neymar transfer saga continues as sources indicate he has agreed to terms with Paris Saint-Germain. He will reportedly earn €30 million per season over at least four years. Now, if PSG can come up with a large briefcase filled with €222 million, it would seem they have their man. To add to the drama, Neymar bagged two goals for Barcelona in International Champions Cup action yesterday.

PSG are certainly splashing the cash this summer. They also have plans to go for Alexis Sanchez over at Arsenal in a move that will probably run them at least another €50 million. Lord knows where PSG is getting this money from and if they will end up within UEFA's financial fair play regulations.

Manchester City are making Monaco's Benjamin Mendy the most expensive defender ever. They've agreed to buy him from the French champions for £52 million. Mendy likely completes Pep Guardiola's expensive remake of his back line. He's spent £123 million on full backs alone this summer after letting Pablo Zabaleta, Bacary Sagna, and Gael Clichy walk.
